The DL SPRAY SYSTEM provides cooling solutions for light duty machining and tool room applications.

The DL SPRAY SYSTEM is easy to install requiring only shop air and dropping the siphon line into a coolant tank.

The DL SPRAY SYSTEM are designed to be used with a water-soluble coolant such as TC-1 Premium Synthetic Coolant.

  • Siphon delivery system
  • 18cm (7 in.) flexible segmented nozzle
  • Solid brass precision needle valve and body
  • 2m (7 ft.) coolant pickup line with stainless steel filter
  • Sturdy magnetic base with mounting arm
  • Assembles in less than 5 minutes

  • Seals: Buna-N
  • Siphon Line: Polyurethane
  • Filter Element: 40 x 40 Mesh Stainless Steel
  • Air Inlet Pressure: 3-7 bar (50-100 PSI)
  • Air Inlet: 1/8″ NPT
  • Fluid type: Water based coolants suitable for spray cooling
